  • dan van horne - LEAD pastor

    Pastor Dan and his family arrived at TBC on January 1st of 2014. With a background in youth ministry, as well as spiritual formation & discipleship, Pastor Dan is passionate about seeing people become centered in Christ and transformed in Christ-likeness. After receiving a B.A. degree in Psychology from Gordon College, Dan received his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a certificate in Spiritual Leadership from Leadership Transformations, a ministry to leaders. In addition to his role at Trinity, Dan is most excited to continually & faithfully fulfill his role as 'follower of Christ,' 'husband' to his beautiful wife Tara, and 'father' to his three children, Alex, Max & Eliza.

  • marjie brake - choral director

    Returning to the Trinity staff in 2010, Marjie enjoys her role leading and directing Trinity’s choir. She received a Bachelor of Music degree from the Crane School of Music and a Master of Music Education degree from the Hartt School of Music. Marjie has taught and directed choral programs in public and private schools in NY and CT and served as accompanist at Camp-of-the-Woods in Speculator, NY. She and her husband Jim are blessed to be the parents of three children.

  • ROBERT RUSSELL - youth director

    Robert grew up going to Trinity and was known for his energy and excitement for life. Once he graduated high school, he spent his summers as Trinity’s Youth Intern.  After attending Liberty University in Virginia, he was asked to come back to Trinity to help lead the youth. Robert has a heart for students and the desire to serve his church family and community with excellence. He is currently finishing up his degree in Religious Studies through Liberty University Online. Robert and his wife Kimbi are humbled to be a part of the Trinity family and look forward to spending many years serving with the youth.

  • donna geiger - director of children's ministries

    Donna has been overseeing Trinity's Children's Ministries since 1996. She loves children and loves to see them growing in the Lord. Donna is responsible for directing our Sunday morning children's program, Children's Fellowship activities and our annual Vacation Bible School and Harvest Party.

  • tAra van horne - director of office & ministry management

    Tara started on staff in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (human relations track). She previously worked for seven years with the Salvation Army managing events and office administration. She loves people, laughter, and organizing. At Trinity, she is responsible for managing the office and the office staff, as well as keeping the ministry ball rolling. When she’s not in the office, you can usually find her with her three kids, at the beach, or at coffee with a friend.

  • Janet Kramka - Graphic Design/social Media

    Janet remembers Trinity before it was Trinity! She grew up in this church and went to services in our former building (called The Baptist Temple). As a young adult, she spent 10 years in Minnesota where she received a B.A., married, started a family, and worked for 3M as a Database Coordinator. After returning to Connecticut, Janet joined the staff in 2011. Fresh out of design school, she was eager to start this new career path at the church she's always called home. Janet is responsible for our website and app design, our social media, publicity, and digital communications.

    Kimbi started on staff in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (counseling and human development). She previously worked in a nonprofit pregnancy center in Virginia. After getting married in March of 2019, she followed husband Robert to Trinity (the church that he grew up in). They have fallen in love with and made Connecticut their home and are raising two little ones to love and know Jesus. Kimbi seeks excellence in everything she does and loves to serve in whatever way is needed. As a part of Trinity, she helps with office management, smaller ministries, finance, and events.

  • tim landock - Operations manager

    Tim first starting attending Trinity in 2015. Since then Tim has become involved in small groups and the Community Team, served as a Deacon, and is heavily involved with the Operations Team. Tim was also instrumental in the lobby renovation. When Tim isn’t at Trinity, you can find him at the Bridgeport firehouse, where he is a full time firefighter. Tim is a humble man, who often jokes that he doesn’t know what he’s doing! But he does it all with a willing spirit and he does it well.
