sundays at TBC

We're excited to be worshiping with you in our building! the following guidelines are in place to align with the most recent suggestions from the state of CT and the town of Fairfield, effective Oct 2021, and to keep everyone safe as we gather:

Indoors:

  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Masks are optional, in keeping with the latest guidelines from the state and town.
  • There is no limit on attendance, except as necessary to maintain social distancing.
  • We can sing together in the service.
  • Everyone should continue to self-monitor any symptoms you may be experiencing and make the wisest choice based on those symptoms.

Outdoors:

  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Masks are optional for all.
  • No time limit.

Programs for Kids:

  • We are now able to offer a children's program during the sermon portion of our service.
  • In person youth events are being offered.
  • All events for children and teens will follow the same indoor and outdoor safety protocols outlined above.
  • Visit our Children's page for ways we're encouraging family worship for those staying at home.

For those who aren't attending in person, our livestream will continue on Sunday mornings so that you can participate from home.

As we continue through this season as a body of Jesus followers, we believe this is a fair expectation of one another and expresses God’s love in a tangible way.

We thank you for your cooperation as we work to create a safe environment for everyone, and we're grateful for your compliance as we respectfully follow standards set up by the town of Fairfield and the state.

EXPECTATIONS WHEN WE GATHER

What you can expect from us:

  • We will maintain a worship space and foyer that has been regularly cleaned and treated with disinfectant on all hard surfaces including door handles and seats.
  • Hand sanitizers will be available in the lobby before entering the Sanctuary.
  • Out of love and care for one another, we will not hold a time of fellowship before and after the worship service.

What we expect of you:

  • That you will help us love one another by staying home if you are experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
  • That you will wear a mask according to the guidelines above for one another’s safety.
  • That you will respect social distancing by maintaining a 6 ft distance from one another when we gather for worship.
